Making Fitness Fun

As a professional Fitness Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Teacher for over 25 years, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Whether you choose to make Yoga your fitness I am your guide. If you would like to build cardio strength, help soothe an aching body or build a regular routine I am your source. Everybody is unique. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness and lifestyle goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.



Orly Mallin, a Mother of 2, trainer, Yoga, Pilates, and is an all around exercise Guru! Loving to lift weights, dance, swim and bike around town. She has taught not only her own kids (daughter is 11; son is 10) to be super strong and athletic, but for thousands of adults through the year leading classes in gyms, Yoga centers, office buildings, retreats, schools and outdoor events. 
She has run the New York Marathon and also traveled extensively studying Yoga in India for months at a time. She is multifaceted and can combine things to give people more exposure to the wonderful world of exercise. Strong, passionate and compassionate she will give get you to sweat, smile, flexible, determined and happy.  Leading from a love to open our bodies helping us to foster the mind so we can take that it into our daily lives. 
Orly has been an athlete all her life. She is passionate about wellness and can make workouts fun. Most recently Orly has been featured and contributed articles for Shape Magazine and Women’s Health.
