This morning I enjoyed putting my mat down and flowing however my body wanted to go. I balanced on my feet, backbended, stood on my head and arms and felt like a kid again. There are always good practices. The key is to GET to practice. I know that even a little feels better than none at all.
I got to sweat, feel the sensations of working from the inside out and now I can sit with my daughter Natalie and be present.
